On Dec. 21, Hosack Marcella L. Hosack Family Trust sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 8 the Strand, Hermosa Beach to Michael F. Kamel Eman S. Habashy for $4,344,000.

So far in December 2021, six properties sold in Hermosa Beach.
