Former Torrance High School player and current Cal State East Bay Pioneers infielder, Ysabella Cortez, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.
They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded Cal State San Marcos Cougars.
The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
