City of Torrance issued the following announcement on Dec. 10
Due to the huge spike in Coronavirus cases in recent weeks, the CDC is recommending that families cancel their holiday travel plans (or plans to gather indoors with large groups), and instead limit their celebration to those in their households. All of this means that extended families may not be able to reunite this holiday season. So, in order to make the holidays less lonely, The City of Torrance is inviting you to eat with us for a chance to win a cardboard cutout of a family member to eat with you!
All you have to do is…
- Order Take-out from a Torrance Restaurant.
- Take a photo of your meal and post it to your Twitter, Instagram or Facebook accounts.
- Tag the restaurant if possible or provide their contact info.
- Tag @TorranceCA.
- Use the hashtag #TorranceTakeOut so we can find you.
- Tell us about your delicious meal!
- Each post counts as 1 entry into the opportunity draw.
- You may enter more than once for better chances of winning.
- Each entry must be a different meal and restaurant
- Restaurants must be within Torrance City Boundaries.
- Winners will be selected every Tuesday and Friday.
- Winners will be notified via profile in which entry is submitted. Winners will also be announced in social media posts.
- Contest will run beginning December 10 – January 1, 2021.
