On Saturday, March 1, former Torrance High School standout Brock Mayer’s current college team, the Point Loma Sea Lions, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Menlo Oaks.

The game took place at Carroll B. Land Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Oaks this season.

The Sea Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 11 a.m. at Russell Carr Field against Westmont Warriors.
