Former Redondo Union High School player Luka Brancato took the field Friday, March 13, at 5:30 p.m. for the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles, who were defeated 15-10 by the Biola Eagles in their NCAA Division II baseball matchup.

The contest was held at Golden Eagles Field. This marked the second meeting of the season between the teams. In the earlier matchup Friday, March 13, Concordia Irvine came out ahead with a 12-5 victory.

Brancato allowed 1 earned run during two innings of work.

The Golden Eagles are set to host Biola again on Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m. at Golden Eagles Field.
