The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2023 in Los Angeles County fell by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 32.2%.

From January through March of 2023, there were 1,500 homes sold, with a median sale price of $831,500 – a 9.1% decrease from the $915,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,213 homes sold in Los Angeles County in the first quarter of 2022.
