On Friday, April 4, former Torrance High School standout Ysabella Cortez’s current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Otters this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3:30 p.m. at Pioneer Softball Field against Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.
