During a March 17 inspection for foodborne biological hazards, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued five violations to Masterpiece JP, Inc. in Torrance, according to data released on the FDA’s website.

  • ‘Your verification activity did not address the entity that is significantly minimizing or preventing the hazards or verifying that the hazards have been significantly minimized or prevented.’
