Cal Poly Pomona Broncos, including former Leuzinger High School standout Mydrea Moore, edged out the Azusa Pacific Cougars 56-54 in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 13.
The matchup, held at Nicholson Arena at noon, marked the Broncos’ first tournament game against Azusa Pacific.
Cal Poly Pomona is set to play their next game on Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. at Nicholson Arena.
